Patrick Brennick joined The Caleb Group in April 2018. As Director of Asset Management at Caleb, Mr. Brennick is responsible for departmental operations and overseeing the performance of the organization’s real estate portfolio.
Patrick received an MBA in May 2004 from the University of New Hampshire. He recently worked for two years as business manager in a New Hampshire School District, and spent ten years at the University of New Hampshire in the Business Office prior to that.
Patrick joined the GSMA Board in 2012 and has been Treasurer since 2013. He won GSMA’s President’s Award in 2013.

Paula has over 17 years’ experience as a property management and social service professional serving low income elders, families and individuals with special needs. She is certified as a 504 Compliance Coordinator, as well as being certified in procedures for HUD, LIHTC, and Mental First Aid. She also has with a passion for raising the quality of life for those in affordable housing – including resolving challenging social dynamics issues between residents.
Paula joined Alliance Asset Management, Inc. in 2013 as the RSC and 504 Coordinator for the CATCH and THP portfolio properties. She is a member of both the American and NH Association of Professional Service Coordinators. She has been on the Board of Directors of Granite State Managers Association since 2006.

Barbara Hall has worked for over 19 years in both the public and private sector of property management. Working with organizations such as the Rochester Housing Authority and MB Management prior to her current position with the Portsmouth Housing Authority as Property Manager of the Managed/Owned Properties Division.
Barbara has served as a Board Member and Education Chairperson for the Granite State Managers Association (GSMA) since 2013 and has the following housing designations: Housing Credit Compliance Program (HCCP); Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS); Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Public Housing Manager (PHM).

Sharlene McEachern has been in the property management business for the past thirty eight years; the past seventeen years have been in affordable housing. She has received certifications for OS, HCCP, NCP, CMH, Lead Technician and Mediation. She is a past President ofthe GSMA and VHMA
For the past ten years Sharlene has been the regional Property Manager for Realty Resources located in Rockport Maine. She oversees fifteen properties in four states.
Sharlene lives in Brownsville, Vermont with her cat Luke. She has five children and seven grandchildren.

Scott Precourt is a founding Partner of US Housing Consultants and InspectCheck Software. He has worked with owners and managers of affordable housing for more than twenty years, finding creative ways to work out non-compliance issues with HUD and Tax Credit issues ranging from physical inspections issues to compliance matters. Scott is well known within the industry for developing new and innovative solutions to prevent and correct non-compliance, and is also known as a leading voice on compliance on HUD REAC Inspections, having presented at hundreds of conferences and training events since 2006.

Darryl Courtenay has been involved in the affordable housing sector for over thirty-three years. Starting out with Community Teamwork, Inc. in Lowell, MA as the Assistant Director of Housing. For the past twenty years Darryl has been with New Hampshire Housing starting as Program Monitor and currently, for the past fifteen years, as an Asset Manager.
Darryl received a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University in 1977 and has the following designations: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Management Occupancy Review Specialist, and C3P (Certified Credit Compliance Professional) Certification in LIHTC Compliance.

For over 30 years, Michael D. Loso has worked in the private sector as a residential construction general contractor, rental property manager and construction consultant. As President and Co-Owner of Homecraft Contractors, Inc. for over ten years his work consisted of oversight of daily operations including sales, marketing, project estimating and on-site construction supervision. As Owner of market rate rental property in New Hampshire, Michael has for over thirty years provided management services including rental marketing, resident communications, oversight of property maintenance, repairs and supervision of capital improvement projects. Currently, as Senior Construction Specialist at DKM Consulting, LLC his work includes performing property inspections, preparation of Capital Needs Assessments, Energy Audits, Accessibility Audits, project supervision and/or other specific inspections or guidance.
Michael’s municipal service includes six years on the Pembroke Sewer Commission and four years on the Pembroke Economic Development Committee in Pembroke, NH and more recently, in 2013, he served as Vice Chairman of the Epsom Town Office Committee in Epsom, NH.
Michael has served as an Associate Board Member for the Granite State Managers Association (GSMA) since 2013.

Heidi Setien is a loan Specialist with the USDA Rural Development and is directly responsible for fulfilling the Agency’s mission of providing affordable housing to Vermont and New Hampshire. She manages and oversees the administration of various and complex rural housing loan and grant programs. She plans and carries out the responsibilities for loan underwriting, loan servicing, and portfolio management of the Agency’s Rural Rental Housing Program, Housing Preservation Grant Program, Farm Labor Housing Program and the Rural Rental Housing Guaranteed Program in both Vermont and New Hampshire. She is a graduate of Montpelier High School and Norwich University. Heidi began her federal career in 1981. She joined Rural Development, formerly Farmers Home Administration, in 1986. She started her career with RD as a District Office Clerk, Loan Technician, and has been a Loan Specialist since 1992. She serves as the Chair of the VHMA Education Committee; is a member of the GSMA Board; has served on Asset Management Committees; has served as Chairperson on the Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee/Cultural Transformation Committee for Rural Development; currently serving on a number of State Housing Committees dealing with Fair Housing and Affordable Housing in the State; has served on several state and national review teams and agency committees for the Vermont and New Hampshire jurisdiction. She resides in Barre, VT with her husband, Steve and their dogs, Coco and Bella.
